Position Description

Represent AMS within a defined geographic territory, selling Practice Management Software to medical offices and outpatient healthcare facilities. Experience and knowledge in all aspects of the sales process is required. Must manage time efficiently in order to develop and maintain a consistent and healthy sales funnel. Responsibilities include detailed sales forecasting and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success within the physician vertical market. We are seeking top hunters/closers to increase our client base and revenue. Only results-driven professionals need apply.

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years outside sales experience

Customer Support Representative

Position Description

Provide customer phone support of medical billing software. Utilize troubleshooting skills to research, diagnose and resolve reported client incidents. Accurately record each incident in detail from the initial client inquiry through incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls with regards to company's software Products.
• Resolve problems efficiently and professionally by obtaining a full understanding of client needs.
• Accurately document customer interactions into the Support Log.
• Return calls in a timely fashion.
• Perform follow-up with customers even if it is just to let them know inquiry is still being researched.
• Provide quality customer service on every call.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and promote good listening skills.
• Manage length of calls.
• Work in conjunction with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Participate in system testing new product releases and all other duties as assigned by management.

Standards Of Performance

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Be at your desk ready to begin working at your scheduled start time. First call of the day should commence immediately.
• Respond to approximately 20 client incidents a day and manage time effectively to handle other tasks assigned.
• Occasional late night hours 1 to 2 times per a month.
• Accept assignments with open, cooperative, and positive attitudes.
• Act in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Be willing to find answers to all questions addressed to them.
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge.
• Work in a team environment.
• Follow directions, complete assigned tasks and follow-up on client issues without the need to be reminded.
• Display excellent oral and written skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to accurately document client incidents, respond to client calls and record interactions.
• Be willing to expand knowledge base when faced with new questions and situations.
• Confer with manager to clarify priorities, escalation processes, and assignments.
